Greeting everyone,
It has been a while since I posted about preparing food. Since it is raining and there is nothing to do, I guess I'll try to capture some beautiful photos of food that is being prepared by me.
JAPANESE CUCUMBER
Last week, I went to the market to find the Japanese cucumber, but I was sad that it had been sold out for almost a week. Today I went again to the same supermarket, and I guess it was my lucky day that there were 3 packs of Japanese cucumber available at the vegetable area. I take two of them and buy some other stuff to prepare the food at home.
SPRITE CUCUMBER PICKLES
I'm planning to prepare the Sprite cucumber pickles. I have prepared it a few times before. My wife and I love it very much, and it finishes as soon as it is served on the table. Today im preparing double amount than i used to prepare before.
This is the main ingredient that you must have on table .

Trying the spell at second times , too bad its not workings. So , i need to slices it manually :
After I do the slicing process, I try to put it all together inside the contena .
It's look not enough for me alone , so i get some of the japanese cucumber from the freezer and double the amount. After done with the slicing , i put it together with the first batch inside the contena. Then put some salt and sugar , yeps , we done it ready to be served on table.
Oppss, just kidding. We're not finished yet. Now, we have to prepare chili and lemon.
Slice the chili and put it inside the contena.
You have to do the same thing with the lemon, or the lemon will clash with the chili.
The final thing you have to do is to get 7 up and mix it inside the contena.
After you finish with everything, it's time to put it inside the freezer. It'll be ready when it gets colder. I will have it tomorrow because today I just wait for it to get colder.
