A lovely mother's Day BBQ with my family.

Hey everyone here on the Hive community and the awesome community I like to post always @foodiesbeehive. Today I was too busy. I cleaned my son's room and the rest of the house. But now I can feel it in my body.

We went to the farm on Saturday afternoon to visit my parents. It was very relaxing though. And of course on Mother's Day, we went to visit as well. 😉

We had a steak BBQ. That was very nice I made a nice warm potato dish. There was a view of leftover potatoes that I used for the dish.

Let me show you how I made this nice potato dish 😊
I took the potatoes and cut them in circles and added them to an oven glass bowl.

Next up I cut up an onion and add it to the potatoes

For the sauce for the potatoes, I add a piece of butter to a bowl and put it into the microwave for a minute or two until it melts.

I took a packet of brown onion soup powder added it to the butter and stirred it nicely through with a fork.

I also added some milk to let it become a little bit more saucer.

When I mixed up the sauce I added the sauce to the potatoes and stirred it nicely through.

What's also tasty with this nice dish is 🧀 cheese. There was a small piece of cheese I grated it on the finer side. Then I spread it over the potatoes and in the oven for about an hour.

Then we decided what we going to add more to the plate. My mom had a nice bottle of beetroot that shot got from her friends. Well, we had that and then we took a can of baked beans and added some mayonnaise.
I couldn't get pictures of the steaks but it was very delicious though.

Because of Mother's Day, my son went to the garden and picked us a nice red rose.

This picture is my favorite. I love this picture.

Well, now Mother's Day is also long gone. This week is also done and dusted.

I will write again soon. I am still deciding what to write next. I took some pictures again in the week.
And I have a nice recipe that my husband made us for dessert on Mother's Day.
Have a blessed weekend guys.
