  • Quang Noodle: Referring to Hoi An, it is impossible to ignore Quang noodle dish. Quang noodles are typical of Da Nang and Hoi An (Quang Nam). Noodles are made from rice flour and served with raw vegetables such as bean sprouts, lettuce, and basil. Topping includes pork, shrimp or chicken. I especially like to eat Mi Quang with crushed peanuts, it's very crispy and fragrant. If you'd like to try your hand at making Quang noodle at home, you can check out @kimloan's recipe here. She gives very detailed instructions and I will definitely try out one day. The price of a bowl of Quang noodles in Hoi An is quite cheap, about 30,000 VND (1$)
