When I cook with herbs and spices, I feel inspired, and if I had to make a list of my favorite spices, I would tell you that garlic is one of them. Today I share a recipe for homemade garlic paste in two simple steps, I like to make it at home, rather than buying it at the supermarket, because when I prepare it I give it a personal touch as is the olive oil, it tastes better and can not miss in my kitchen. I put it in all my preparations, to give a unique flavor to all my dishes.
- 250 grs de ajo
- 01 taza de aceite de oliva
- Sal al gusto
- 250 grs garlic
- 01 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Esta sencilla receta se prepara así, pelamos los ajos y en una licuadora los colocamos agregamos el aceite licuamos hasta que esté bien triturado, luego en un recipiente esterilizado lo coloco y lo guardo en el refrigerador para que cada vez que cocine, no sólo le agregue mucho sabor a mis alimentos, sino que además el ajo tiene un alto contenido de vitaminas A, B y C. Además, es un poderoso antioxidante que fortalece el sistema inmunológico.
