Stir Fry Bitter Gourd with Shrimps and Tempeh

Hi Guys!

It is so windy today and freaking cold. So-not-fun. Cables moving like crazy everywhere, cars slipping as snow drifting and making vision and road bad, power flickers now and then, it's a crazy Monday. To top that, I fell on hard ice while shoveling the driveway this morning ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… Yep, freezing rain mixed with drifting snow, so awesome. Luckily I only worked for 4 H today. Phew. I am in the comfort of my bedroom atm, altho soon I have to go and get the boys from school.

Here are the ingredients for today's recipe!

2 large bittergourds
1 bag large shrimps, 300 g
1 bag tempeh
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 c diced onion
6 bird eye chilies
1 handful fried garlic, ready to use
Soy sauce, to taste
Liquid smoke, to taste
Stargazer hot sauce, to taste
Vegeta powder, to taste
1/4 c water
Chives, 1 tbsp
A generous pinch of onion and garlic powder
