After a long day at work, we decided to travel to Tisa, the Siomai Capital of the Philippines, in order to eat our dinner with their world-renowned siomai. Tisa is a company based in Cebu City, Cebu Province, Philippines. Siomai is sold in large quantities in a specific area where a large number of vendors are concentrated. Because I used to live in Tisa, I've already tried all of the stalls here, and I can confidently say that Kuya Jeff's and Way Tugpahay serve the best siomai in town. We decided to eat at Kuya Jeff's because there were a lot of people in Way Tugpahay at the time. In addition to dynamite, Kuya Jeff's offers two types of siomai: Regular Siomai and Japanese Siomai, as well as regular siomai. The sauce of siomai, which contains chili sauce, will enhance the flavor of the food and because it is open 24 hours a day, there are a lot of people in the area. I decided to let my cousin Therese eat dinner there so that we wouldn't have to cook at home. We ate regular and Japanese siomai, dynamite, puso (hanging rice), and mountain dew for drinks. If you are in Cebu City, try to come here to Tisa to try the delicious siomai.
