Special Breakfast Before Work

Finally back to the swing in the spring! The activity makes me extra hungry, made sure not to cheap out on a good breakfast. I cannot eat the drive through anymore. I need something special and local. This is the best breakfast place around! So stopped in for some classic Eggs Benedict!

The hash browns are really good here! They are not those pre-packaged ones you get at allot of chain restaurants. They are spiced well, soft and easy to eat. Went well with the savory hollandaise sauce on the eggs! I look forward to coming here again. It's fun to eat out from time to time when you're working. We went for some local Chinese Food today too. I need to fuel up on food when I'm busy
