THE MAKING OF SHAWARMA

Hello Hiveians, today I will be giving us my recipe on the preparation of shawarma

INGREDIENTS:
Flat bread
Bama
Ketchup
Meat(Beef/Chicken)
Cabbage
Carrot
Hot dog
Pepper
Groundnut oil
Seasoning

PREPARATION:
(1) Stir fry the meat on fire adding a little groundnut oil, pepper and seasoning to taste then after is has turn brownish and well seasoned, put it off fire.
(2) Dice your cabbage and carrot into bits
(3) Pour your diced cabbage and carrot into a tray then add your bama and ketchup to it then mix well together
(4) Place a piece of your flat bread in another tray then pour your mixed cabbage, carrot, bama and ketchup in between after which you will add your stir fried pepper meat, then place your sausage in it and then wrap
(5) After wrapping, place it in an oven to heat up for like 5mins
(6) Your shawarma is ready for consumption.
