FAST HEALTHY VEGAN SUPPER

Homemade food is delicious and perfect. It's healthy and full of home energy and care.
But it soesn't mean cooking must take a great part of your life, right?
We can cook and take care about our family spending for cooking little time but getting really tasty and healthy dishes.

I choose such a type of recipes where I get something great but I don't spend a half of my day for it.

here is the supper we had yesterday when I saw I had to cook something, but I didn't want to spend some hours for it.

We need:

  • funchose (paste made of green beans)

  • vegetables you like (I used onions, carrots, peppers, some peas and corn)
  • avocado oil
  • garlic, soybeans sauce, species

At first we cut onions and carrots and stew them for 3 min adding some oil.


Meanwhile we add hot water to funchose and leave it for 10 min.

Then we add funchose there and mix it all with all the rest vegetables.
5 min more for stewing them all together.
Some spices can be added in the very end.

Ready!


Nice healthy supper for the whole family for 15 min.
