Nobody knows that the Turkish kebabs and food are famous. In this corona period, we tried many recipes at home. We prepared meals that we missed eating because we couldn't go out. This recipe was the food to be missed.

Materials

For internal mortar:
○1 red pepper
○1 medium onion
○half parsley
○1 tomato
○1 tablespoon tomato paste
○1 tablespoon of pepper paste
○1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
○1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
○1 teaspoon of salt
○1 teacup of oil
○1/4 tea glass of water
○500 grams of ground beef

For the dough

○5 cups
○2 glasses of water
○1 teaspoon salt
○1 teaspoon powdered sugar

•First, let's make the dough. Let's put all the ingredients in a bowl.

•Meanwhile, let's make the stuffing.

•Let's pull the onion, garlic, parsley tomatoes and peppers from the rondo.
Let's add tomato paste and spices in it and mix again.

•Mix all the ingredients with the minced meat. Get slime mortar.

•Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll them out with a rolling pin so that they are not too thin.

•Spread the ground beef on top with your hands.

•Cut pan-sized greaseproof paper. Put the dough on wax paper and in the pan until the dough is cooked a little. wait.
