Plantain flower has a lot of minerals and iron which is very beneficial for the body. Shrimp is also a very tasty fish which doubles the taste if added to any curry. Ingredient
- 1 whole plantain flower
- 500 grams of shrimp
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon cumin paste
- 4 white and black cardamoms
- 7-8 green chilli powder
- 3 tablespoons salt
- Turmeric powder like quantity
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 2-3 gourd vegetable
