Masala Soyabean Chaap Recipe!

Ingredients

250 gms chaap,

100gms curd,

1 onion,

8-10 garlic cloves,

1 inch ginger,

salt,

red chilli powder,

black pepper,

1 tbsp garam masala,

turmeric powder,

coriander powder

Method

Step 1: marinate the chaap in curd with all species. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Step 2: grind onion, garlic and ginger in a mixer.

Step 3: heat oil in a pan and add the onion puree. Cook well on low flame until brown

Step 4: add all spices and mix well.

Step 5: Add the marinated chaap And let it cook for another 10 Minutes.

Step 6: serve got with laccha Parantha.
