Ingredients:

• 200 gms Rice puffs

• 3 TBSP Sugar

• 2 Cinnamon sticks (medium sized)

• 1 Spoon Desi Ghee or Oil

Step 1: Take the sugar and cinnamon sticks in a mixer grinder and make a fine powder.

Step 2: Take ghee in a pan and heat it. Once done, add the Rice puffs and the cinnamon sugar and roast it on medium flame. Note that at no point the flame should be turned high because this would overcook the Rice puffs.

Step 3: In some time, you will notice the sugar melts and the Rice puffs are covered with the coating like being caramelized.

Step 4: Take the Rice puffs out in an open vessel and let them cool for a while.

Step 5: Rice puffs are now ready to be consumed. These can also be stored for later consumption.
