Ajo
Oregano
Azúcar
Sal
Ingredients
¼ kilo of ribs
1 large potato
1 zucchini
4 sweet peppers
1 medium onion
Cilantro
Garlic
Oregano
Sugar
Salt
The first thing I did was to crush 4 grains of garlic and spread them on the ribs. In a container I mixed some sugar, salt and oregano. With that I began to season it. I put the ribs in a frying pan and began to chop the stew including the zucchini which I chopped in big slices so that it is distinguished
Once everything was chopped, I proceeded to add it to the pan. Add color, a little oil and take it to the stove over low heat for about two minutes.
After two minutes I added a little water and let it cook for about 20 minutes. And it is ready
To accompany my ribs I made rice, traditional mashed potatoes and fried a plantain.
