Wet Cocoa Cake | Sauce Cake

Hello.
Last night my mother and brother asked me to make a cake. They love to consume cake with tea. I went to the kitchen to do what they wanted. I looked at the ingredients in the cupboard and at that moment I thought of making a cake with the ingredients I have at home. I can say that it was a completely spontaneous recipe. Sometimes I love to mix the ingredients at home and cook something. Sometimes very good things can happen, but sometimes I can get bad results. Still, the feeling of experiencing something new is very nice. Especially the feeling of waiting for the result with great curiosity.

First, whisk the eggs and sugar well. I had to use a hand beater because my mixer broke. In fact, it takes about ten minutes to beat. Since I used a hand blender, it would be very tiring, so I whipped it for 4 minutes.

Add the oil and milk to the whisked mixture and whisk for another 1-2 minutes.

When I'm making a cake, I always pour the liquid products first and then the powder products. I don't know why I'm doing this, but I think I read an article about it before. When I remember, I'll write you why. Also, before adding powder products such as flour, I always sift it.

I actually wanted to add nutella, but it wasn't left at home. Instead, I added something else found in the house. The powder I added to the mix in the picture is chocolate sauce. We usually cook it with milk and pour it over desserts. So I added it to my mix to give my cake a chocolate flavor. If you have chocolate at home, add chocolate.

Turn on the oven while whisking. Preheat it to 180 degrees.

The products we add should become homogeneous. As you can see in the image, it should be a fluid and somewhat solid cake mix. At this stage, I couldn't stand it and ate a spoon. It was my favorite thing as a kid. When my mother cooked us something sweet, my brother and I ate the leftovers left at the bottom of the pot by spooning and sometimes fingering. We would have chocolate all over us, but then we would be very happy.

We grease all sides of the pan before adding it to the oven. You must do this to prevent the cake from sticking to the pan. After oiling, pour the cake mix into the tray.

Let's put our tray in the preheated oven. Let's not take it out of the oven until it is well cooked. Let's make sure it's cooked. Sometimes the outside of the cake is cooked, but the inside is not. To find out, stick a knife in your cake. If there is cake residue on the knife, it means that it is still raw inside. If a piece of cake does not reach the leg, your cake is baked. When done, turn off the oven and open the door slightly.

Add the ingredients for the sauce to the pot. Mix it with a whisk. Keep stirring until it boils. When it boils, turn off the stove.

Before pouring the sauce on our cake, let's cut it into slices. Thus, the sauce will spread over the entire surface of our cake and absorb it.

We pour our sauce over our cake. The cake should be warm and the sauce should be hot.

Let's let our cake rest. Let's wait until the sauce is well absorbed. After the cake has cooled, it is ready to be served. Optionally, you can add pistachios, hazelnuts or walnuts in small pieces on the cake.

I got a big score on taste from my mom and my older brother. I didn't want to eat because it was the night before, but I couldn't stand the sight of it so I took a slice for myself and took a break in front of the TV to rest. I think this deserves a slice.
