Finally Friday! I am very happy that it is the last working day of the week. I’m a little sick and I want to rest at home. Have you heard something called tonsil stones? Unfortunately, stones have formed in my tonsils. And I still couldn’t go to the doctor.
I think one of the reasons I love winter is winter vegetables. I’m here with a great winter soup recipe. This soup will strengthen your immunity with ingredients and spices.
Ingredients for vegetable soup;
•potato
•carrot
•onion
•garlic
•leek
•zucchini
•celery
•corn
•flour
•chicken broth
•yogurt
•olive oil
•black pepper
•salt
•turmeric
We roast the vegetables and flour in olive oil.
We expect the vegetables to be cooked by adding chicken broth and water.
After the vegetables are cooked we blend them. Finally, we add whipped yogurt, spices and corn.
