Today's special - Prawn Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice
  • Prawn
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green chilly
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Turmeric
  • Cardamom
  • Bay leaves
  • Flower seed
  • Pepper corns

Preparation:

  • First we need to wash the rice and soak it for 20 mins.
  • Then we need to add some ghee or oil into the vessel and add some onion and mix all the spices.
  • Let it cook for a few minutes until the onions turn a little brown.
  • Now add the green paste and the tomato.
  • Add the washed prawns and let it cooks for two mins.
  • Now add the rice.
  • The ratio to add the water is 2:1. Which means if the rice is 1 cup then we should add two cups of water.
  • Now add the salt for taste.

Your Prawn Pulao is ready to serve.
