Ingredients:
- Basmati rice
- Prawn
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green chilly
- Tomato
- Onion
- Turmeric
- Cardamom
- Bay leaves
- Flower seed
- Pepper corns
Preparation:
- First we need to wash the rice and soak it for 20 mins.
- Then we need to add some ghee or oil into the vessel and add some onion and mix all the spices.
- Let it cook for a few minutes until the onions turn a little brown.
- Now add the green paste and the tomato.
- Add the washed prawns and let it cooks for two mins.
- Now add the rice.
- The ratio to add the water is 2:1. Which means if the rice is 1 cup then we should add two cups of water.
- Now add the salt for taste.
Your Prawn Pulao is ready to serve.
