Green banana curry

This healthy curry is cooked with fresh coconut and spices. It is full of fiber and nutrients. This dish is light and full of goodness. My family loved it.
It is very easy to cook, and usually serve with fermented rice & lentils
( dosa), Chapatti or rice.

Ingredients:

Green banana 2 pcs. (med.)
Tomato 1 small

To blender:
Coconut approx. 5tspn.
Cumin seeds 1/4 tbspn

For tempering :
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
Shallots 5 pcs.

Spices:
Turmeric 1/4 tbspn.
Coriander 1tspn.
Chili powder 1/2 tbspn
Salt

Prepare, wash and chopped ingredients.

In a casserole, add in chopped banana, green chili, chili powder ,coriander powder, salt ,turmeric powder, tomato altogether with a
1 1/2 cup water.

Bring to boil under low medium fire. Till the raw banana becomes soft.

Meanwhile, blender coconut together with cumin seeds, adding a little water.

Add in coconut to the curry, and stir.
put to low fire.

Stir, and cook for few more minutes.

For tempering, heat oil in span. Saute shallots and curry leaves, then add to curry.

And your banana curry Is ready.
Enjoy with dosa or chappati.
