BBQ Cheeseburgers with unique charcoal!

Hello my Foodie Fiends!

I have been super busy and obviously haven't been commiting to capturing and posting my cooking feats!

Tonight: BBQd Cheeseburgers hot smoked with onion & garlic charcoal.

Videos are much more laborious than documenting by photo so I'll at least try and do that more often!

Starting out I formed the patties first with a twist.

For extra flavor I spread cooled bacon fat on one side and then seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Next, I fired up the grill with this new charcoal I saw and had to try!

The bag smelled, well...like onions and garlic!

I got to throwing on the meat and then flipped it after it got some good color.

Then I threw on some cheddar and sharp White cheddar and took the patties off direct heat. Then I closed the lid and let the cheese melt while getting some nice smokey flavor.

Add some avocado, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, bacon and grilled onions and voila!

It was delicious but I didn't necessarily taste the garlic onion speck of the charcoal.

Next time I use it with steak or something!
