Domestic rolls with cheese

One of the favourite time in the kitchen is a time spent with kids who adore making rolls and enjoying eating it when they are baked . It is delicious breakfast for the whole family plus I prepare several rolls to put in the schoolbags for my children to have for a snack in the school..Plenty of the rolls were on the table yesterday morning and their smell was inviting the guests from the neighbourhood . You have to try this recipe.

It costs less than 10 $ and there are 40 rolls. The great choise for birthday parties and celebrations.
Ingredients:
200 ml of hot milk
1 fresh yeast of 50 grams
1 teaspoon of sugar
250 grams of butter
300 grams of oil
200 ml hot water
a teaspoon of salt
200 grams cheese
1 kilo of flour
50 grams of sesame
1 egg
In one bowl put the hot milk and add a teaspoon of sugar and 50 grams of fresh yeast, leave it about 10 minutes aside. Meanwhile add 500 grams of flour, and add a teaspoon of salt, add 200 ml of hot water too and the milk with yeast ,add 200 ml of oil (50 ml leave aside for later)... mix everything, add 400 grams of the rest of the flour (leave 100 grams for later).
Knead the dough well and wrap it in a towel and put it aside next to a warm place to rest for about an hour.

Add the rest of the oil on the top

Leave on some warm place to stay about an hour

When the dough has risen well, we need to knead it again. Roll it out and grate 1 frozen margarine or butter that has been in the freezer for an half an hour..

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts

Knead the dough and make balls

Brush the rolls with beaten egg and milk and let them stand for another 10 minutes. Put them in a heated oven and bake them until they get a nice color at a temperature of 180 degrees.
