My recipe is about Village Style Chicken Chui Jhal Fry. This recipe is my mom's recipe. May be you have tried some chicken recipe in your life. But this recipe is something different. It's taste is just awesome. I attached some photos with description of the recipe.
Take 1 cup garlic, half cup ginger & half cup onion
Make it paste here is ginger, onion & garlic paste
Red chili powder as taste. Here i take 2 spoons
Cumin powder as your taste. I take 2 spoons here
Salt as your taste.
Fry potato in the oil until it's get brown. Then take it outside.
Then take red chili and fry them
Then put all the garlic, onion, ginger into the chili. fry it until get brown color
Then put the chicken into the pan & stirring it. I took some Chui Jhal (Also called Piper chaba is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae that is native to South and Southeast Asia. P. chaba is called চুই ঝাল Chui Jhal). You can search it on google for more information. Chui Jhal gives the recipe an extraordinary level of taste with its spicy flavour.
Then put 2 spoons red chili powder
Then put 2 spoons cumin powder.
Some whole garlic & fried potato
After sometime the color of the meat will be like this.
Put the whole garlic & the fried potato in to the meat. Then fry it all together around 20 minutes.
Mix some turmeric powder if you want color. After 20 minutes of stirring the chicken color will be like this.
Then put it into the pressure cooker and put some water into it(as you want to make gravy)
Then put it on the stove about 15 minutes.
Ya you are ready to serve. Here is your Village Style Chicken Chui Jhal Fry. Serve hot with your favorite rice or ruti or chapti & enjoy the taste of the recipe.
