Crusty Stuffed Rolls - Recipe

Hey, hivers! I hope you are all in the best of health and are doing wonderful. In today's post, I'd like to share with you all this very simple recipe for some delightful snacks.

I named this the "Crusty Stuffed Rolls". It did turn out to be very delicious and serves as the perfect evening snack.

I posted the process of preparing this on my YouTube and will share the same here -



Here are the instructions to make this easy snack:
1- Boil 3 medium-sized potatoes and then set them aside to cool.

2 - Take 3 cups of all-purpose flour and add 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Cumin, 2 tsp Ghee, and enough water to knead it right.

3 - Mix it all well and set it aside for 20 minutes. Leaving it for 20 minutes is optional but makes the flour better.

4 - Peel the potatoes and mash them well.

5 - Next, add Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder and Green Chillis depending on how spicy you want it to be.

6 - Take the dough and divide it into small balls that have to then be spread around.

7 - Make cuts as shown in the image below. Place the mashed potato little by little and roll it up.

8 - Shallow fry the rolls till they turn golden brown.

And lo! your evening snack is easy to be served.
