Weekend means some extra spice in life, no?
I personally love to cook something special during weekends and holidays. So today I thought why not some garlic pickle? We all are having some cold and caught, thought it could help us relief. I don't usually make this kind of pickle so I was pretty nervous. But it came out really delicious!
Let me show you how you can prepare this at home!
peeled garlic cloves
Put mustard oil, five spices, and dried red chili on the pan and fry it for a minute.
Pour the garlic and cook until the water goes totally off from it.
Add some tamarind water.
Cook until oil comes up.
Add salt and sugar as per your taste.
Let it cool down.
Into the jar
Preserve and ready to enjoy!
The process is super simple, you can add some hot spice powder into it, increase or decrease the amount of usage, and tamarind. Just make the way you like it to be.
We all know how many health benefits garlic has. And having garlic pickle at home means you can have it whenever you need it, on your dinner plate or when you feel cold.
