A simple shrimp curry recipe with rice for lunch.

Shrimp is my absolute favorite. Adding shrimp to different dishes gives an extra flavor. This time I cooked shrimp with mixed vegetables. It's a common curry recipe, goes fine with rice.

Let me share this simple yet delicious recipe.

Mixed vegetables and shrimps are ready.

I added sliced onion with green chili slices in the vegetable oil. Then some turmeric powder, salt, and a little bit of water to cook the shrimp first.

Then added the mixed vegetables, flipped them a few times, and cooked for a few minutes.

Then added some water and put a lead on.

It will take 15 minutes on medium flame to cook them properly. You can check if it's cooked in between. Before turning off the gas, I added some mixed spice powder. If it's not available to you, don't worry. The curry will still taste good.

Here's how we enjoyed it. The shrimp curry with an egg. That's it. Sometimes simple recipes can give you an experience of good taste. This curry is something like that.

You can add any vegetable you want, cook it in different ways like adding less water to make it more gravy. I believe, every way this simple dish will taste good.
