Marinate with: 4 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs sriracha sauce(hot sauce), 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Make a salad, chopping finely: 1 bunch cilantro, 1 green bell pepper, 1 large red onion, 3 plum tomatoes.
Add 1 can of corn(drained), 1 can of black beans (rinsed), lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Sear the steaks for about 4 minutes one side and 3 minutes the other side.
Slice them against the grain.
Fill up your tortillas with the steak and the salad.
