PREPARATION:

At this point, add all the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa, vanilla and yeast that you have sifted, a little at a time also add the milk, also at room temperature. when everything is well blended add the chocolate chips. At this point, pour the mixture into special cups inside molds for cupcakes, filling them for about three quarters of their capacity. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25/30 minutes. Let them cool completely before filling them with the cream. For the mascarpone cream in a bowl, mix the whipped cream with the mascarpone and the icing sugar with an electric mixer. Then divide the cream into 2 or 3 bowls, depending on how many colors you want. Decorate with Russian spouts
