Greatings to all the wonderful people in this community. Today I'd like to share with you all, a delicious and very healthy recipe: ❤️ Homemade Mango Chutney ❤️

Mangos are a very important fruit in our country and around the world. With a wide variety filled with flavours and textures, the Mango fruit can be used for many recipes in many cultures aroud the world.

Since is Mango Season in Venezuela, my sister invited me to join her to make this recipe, a seasoning original from India and one of the many chutneys they have. It's sweet and sour taste makes it great to eat alone with toast or Naan Bread, or it can be used to marinate Lamb, Pork, Chicken or Beef. A plus with this recipe is that since it's common to make it in big batches, you can store it in the fridge or share it with family and friends!

The original recipe calls for chilies to give a kick to it, but, we don't have the right kind, so we used black pepper corns.
