Los Materiales a utilizar son:
🥐 Masa de harina de Trigo preparada para Tequeños.
🥐Queso.
🥐Platanos Maduros.
🥐Aceite Vegetal.

🥐Cheese.
🥐Ripe bananas.
🥐Vegetable oil.
Empezamos
We started.
Lo primero que haremos es picar el queso en tiras largas y delgadas e igualmente lo hacemos con el plátano maduro ya frito.
The first thing we will do is chop the cheese into long and thin strips and we also do it with the ripe banana already fried.
Tomamos una parte de la masa ya levada y la vamos estirando en el mesón enharinado con la ayuda de un rodillo hasta obtener una forma rectangular y muy delgada, lo siguiente es cortar toda la masa en tiras delgadas.
We take a part of the dough already raised and we stretch it on the floured counter with the help of a rolling pin until we obtain a very thin rectangular shape, the next thing to do is cut all the dough into thin strips.
Luego tomamos una tira de masa y le colocamos al comienzo una tira de queso y una de plátano y procedemos a enrollar el queso con la tira de masa poco a poco hasta cubrirlo completo de ésta forma.
Then we take a strip of dough and put a strip of cheese and a strip of banana at the beginning and proceed to roll the cheese with the strip of dough little by little until it is completely covered in this way.
Después que tenemos nuestro tequeño crudo ya armado, lo colocamos en una sartén con aceite caliente y lo Comenzamos a freír y cocinar.
After we have our raw tequeño already assembled, we place it in a pan with hot oil and we begin to fry and cook it.
