Ingredients

This dish is so easy to make, you just need to have the basic products always somewhere in the kitchen shelves and fridge!

  • French fries or potatoes ( simply cut and fry)
  • Chili or minced beef or any sausages or cured meat
  • Olives chopped
  • Tomatoes cut in cubes
  • Peppers in cubes
  • Mozarella or any other cheese which melts when baked.

Steps

  1. Cook the French fries and place at the bottom of a baking tray.
  2. Top up with the chili or minced beef or any other meat or sausage you have.

  1. Then add the peppers, tomatoes and olives!
I put on some cajun spice, salt and pepper to bring to taste to another level!

  1. And finally cover with cheese!
I went for mozarella, but you can put any cheese you wish that tolerates baking!

  1. 10 to 12 minutes in the oven, or until the cheese melts and is golden brown in color!!!
