Hoy estuvimos de compras y vimos que baj贸 el precio del pollo picado, es un bodeg贸n que tiene como nombre justamente el pollo, me gusta comprar pollo o carne justo en esos sitios que se sabe que venden muchas cantidades al d铆a, pues eso garantiza que venden productos frescos por su velocidad de reposici贸n en los anaqueles, claro, a pesar de eso, se debe revisar que est茅 fresco, una caracter铆stica del pollo fresco es su color rosa claro, y sobretodo el olor, algunos huelen incluso como a un jab贸n que lo han lavado cuando se est谩 por da帽ar.

Ah铆 ya ten铆a en mente preparar un cl谩sico pollo guisado con arroz y ensalada, al llegar a casa y luego de dar gracias a Dios por las compras, me puse el delantal y a preparar...

Ingredientes para 4 personas hambrientas, jeje:

  • Dos cucharas de mayonesa, una cucharada de mostaza y una cucharada de az煤car para el aderezo de la ensalada.
  • Sal, Curry, opcional le colocar un poco de ajinomoto que nos gusta mucho en casa.

Preparaci贸n:

  • Colocar a cocinar el arroz para que todo est茅 a tiempo al emplatar.
  • Limpiar el pollo de exceso de grasa y colocar en un bowl para condimentar con sal, suficiente curry y en mi caso ajinomoto.
  • Calentar la sart茅n con un poco de aceite y cuando est茅 bien caliente, colocar el pollo, sin estarlo moviendo para que se selle y no se pegue al sart茅n.
  • Cuando el pollo est茅 sellado por debajo y sangrando por arriba, es el momento de darle la vuelta, colocar la zanahoria picada, la papa picada y tapar la sart茅n para que todo se cocine en su jugo, aproximadamente 25 min en fuego medio.
  • Mientras, aproveche este tiempo para preparar una ensalada sencilla, en mi caso fu茅 solo cebolla, tomate y aderezo con mostaza.
  • Revise de nuevo el pollo, rectifique de sal y coloquele un chorrito de salsa inglesa.
