A Great Taste /// Summer Dessert /// Kadayif Custard Recipe

*Hello everyone

I'm here again after a long time guys.
I told you before that I bought a new house. His bustle, my school life and my children were taking up all my time. I've been far from social media. But during this time, my mind was always here. I wanted to go back as soon as possible, but today I am finally with you.

Friends, I want to make the transformation with a wonderful summer dessert recipe.

The name of my dessert is kadayif pudding.

I love this dessert. I used to do it often, but after a certain age (I'm 35), we really need to pay attention to what we eat.

I made this dessert when my dear mother came to visit us, now let me share the recipe with you.

Making Dessert

First, we prepare the kadayif part of the dessert. For this, we take the kadayifs with butter in a large pan and fry them until they turn pink.

After roasting the kadaifi a little, add a glass of sugar to the pan and mix it well.

We take the roasted kadaifs into another bowl to cool. If you leave it in the pan where you cooked it, the kadaif will be roasted more than we want. Since kadaifs are very delicate, we must constantly stir them during roasting.

We will prepare the walnuts and mix them with kadayif. For this, chop the walnuts with the help of a knife or, if available, with a hand blender. I added 2 cups of water because I love walnuts. You can use a glass of walnuts if you want. You can even make it without using any walnuts.

I also mixed the walnuts that I had shrunk with the help of a knife with kadayif.
Thus, the kadayif portion of my dessert was ready.

For the pudding of the dessert, I put a liter of milk, a glass of sugar and two spoons of cornstarch in the pot. I cooked it, stirring constantly, until it reached the consistency of pudding.

When it reached the consistency of pudding, I turned off the stove and added butter and two packets of vanillin. (I really like the smell of vanilla, so I always add vanilla to every dessert I make.)

I mixed the custard until it was smooth.

On a large tray, I first sprinkled some of the kadayif mortar.
Then I poured all the pudding into the tray. With the help of a spatula, I spread the pudding all over the pan.
I sprinkled the remaining kadayif mortar over the pudding.

The dessert needs to rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours before being served. I put the dessert in the fridge.
To prepare the dessert for service, I first cut it into small squares and put it on the serving plate.

Before serving, I decorated the dessert with strawberries and chocolate.
Strawberry and chocolate went very well with the dessert, both visually and in taste. It was a very appetizing presentation for everyone who saw it.
It also got full marks from everyone who ate it.

I recommend making this recipe.
Good luck to those who will try it.
