Pickle Chicken...

So my son's and I decided to give this pickled brinded chicken a shot.

I only have but so many photos so I'm going to give you the step by step as best as I can.

So I took a package of 6 thighs.

This much of pickle juice. I used a one gallon ice cream container with a lid for the brine. All you broke Americans know exactly what I mean. Its in the corner of the chicken photo.

It was an air tight seal. I let it brine for almost 2 days. Almost.

I was going to air fry it... but instead we just threw these in the oven.

On 375 for about 20-25 minutes. Season accordingly. We have different pallets here. So we did some with a Chicken Paprika Mix. The other half was a Lemon Pepper Seasoning Mix.... I can show you those sometime as well.

Then pull them things out... and serve'em.

Safe to say everything in my apartment smells like dill, and vinegar right now.
