Primero se le quita la concha y luego se ralla para remojarla en agua con sal por 20 minutos, despues se coloca en un colador para que escurra toda el agua con el almidon.
Despues de estar bien escurridas se coloca en un sarten a calentar aceite cuando este bien caliente se empiezan a sorfreir las papitas hasta que se vea un color doradito la retiramos del fuego y es hay donde obtenemos unas crujientes papitas hechas en casa como veran es muy facil.
