Cooking steps

Potatoes and eggplants are cut into hob blocks, green peppers are cut into small pieces, and eggplant can be sprinkled with starch to reduce oil absorption

Pour oil into the pot and wait until the oil is hot, then add potatoes and fry until golden brown and remove

Tips
- Adding some starch or salt when frying the eggplant can reduce the oil absorption of the eggplant. 2. If you are afraid of being spicy, you can remove the seeds of the chili like me and it will not be spicy
