I did not expect this!

On a recent week-long, multi-state work trip, we spent some time in Illinois. Unlike hotels in other states I've been in recently, the one we stayed at in Illinois was still not serving breakfast due to CDC guidelines. Well, in the absence of a continental breakfast in the lobby, I took advantage of the presence of Mulberry trees in the parking lot, and soon enjoyed some white mulberries and some black mulberries.

Then, at one of our jobsites, we noticed some "Black Caps" or Black Raspberries, which soon became our lunch. Thankfully, there's a lot of food out there if you're just willing to look, or willing to hang out in the woods at the edges of parking lots, LOL. Breakfast and lunch was served!!! Enjoy the photos!
