Conociendo estos beneficios que aporta la cúrcuma para la salud, estará presente en mí día a día, lo tomare como infusión de leche dorada antes de dormir.
Les comparto la forma de elaborar, tan deliciosa infusión llamada leche dorada.
Ingrediente.
1/2 raíz de cúrcuma
1/2 taza pequeña de agua.
1 taza de Leche liquida
2 cucharadas de miel.
Cantidad: 1 taza de leche dorada.
Ingredient.
1/2 turmeric root
1/2 small cup of water.
1 cup of liquid milk
2 tablespoons of honey.
Quantity: 1 cup of golden milk.
Once the turmeric is well washed, I take half of the root and grate it.
Una vez lavada bien la cúrcuma, tomo la mitad de la raíz y rallar.
