Hola amigos, nuevamente estoy por acá para compartir con ustedes una riquísima " Crema de Pollo con Cedano", excelente opción como pasapalos para fiestas, reuniones, agasajos en otros, es súper económica y fácil de hacer.

Ingredientes:

• Una Pechuga de pollo cocida y desmenuzada
• 2 tallos de Cedano
• Mayonesa y sal al gusto

Preparación

• Corte muy finamente el Cedano y añada al pollo desmenuzado, revuelva e integre bien.

• Licúa con mayonesa una parte de la mezcla obteniendo una consistencia espesa, añade mayonesa a la mezcla restante, luego vierte el licuado antes hecho, agrégale sal al gusto y revuelve hasta integrar completamente y listo.

La acompañe con galletas saladas, puedes combinarla con pan tostado, palitos de queso, usarla como relleno, como sea tu gusto.
