Ingredients (For 1 Person)

  1. Chicken 170 gram
  2. 2 onions
  3. 6 cloves of garlic
  4. About 10 peppercorns
  5. A little gin
  6. Chili powder
  7. Salt
  8. Spice powder
  9. Oil
  10. Tumeric powder
  11. Chili Masala (you can add if you like)

The chicken bought at the market is made into pieces and mixed with turmeric powder, Salt and spice powder. Then onion, garlic, ginger a squash, grate it and slice it. Add the garlic, onion, ginger and chilli powder to the mortar. Add a tablespoon of chili powder.
It is for the essence of the dish.

When done, place the oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add the seasoning. When the ingredients are cooked, add the chicken pieces. Add the chicken and add water as needed. Water can be adjusted as needed with a small amount of broth. When the chicken is cooked, you can taste the broth and adjust the taste as needed. That is well done.
