Hoy quiero compartir con esta linda comunidad una sencilla y muy rica receta que preparé con un corte de carne que se llama Tapa de Asado, la cual hice al horno sobre una capa de papas cortadas con una mandolina, espero les guste.
Today I want to share with this beautiful community a simple and very rich recipe that I prepared with a cut of meat called roast lid, which I baked on a layer of potatoes cut with a mandolin, I hope you like it.
LOS INGREDIENTES SON LOS SIGUIENTES

| AJO | 2 UNIDADES |

| ACEITE | CANTIDAD NECESARIA |
| CONDIMENTOS VARIOS | CANTIDAD NECESARIA |
| CILANTRO | CANTIDAD NECESARIA |
THE INGREDIENTS ARE THE FOLLOWING
| ROASTING STRIP | 1 KILO |
| POTATOES | 1/2 KILO |
| GARLIC | 2 UNITS |
| SALT | NECESSARY AMOUNT |
| OIL | NECESSARY AMOUNT |
| MISCELLANEOUS SEASONINGS | NECESSARY AMOUNT |
| CILANTRO | NECESSARY AMOUNT |
Ahora les mostraré el paso a paso
Now I will show you the step by step
Paso 1 / Step 1
Cortamos las papas en rebanadas y las colocamos en el molde, luego le añadimos sal, aceite y cilantro procesado.
We cut the potatoes into slices and place them in the mold, then we add salt, oil and processed coriander.

Paso 2 / Step 2
Luego preparé en un envase aparte ajo rallado, comido, pimienta, pimentón molido, sal y aceite, y se lo agrego a la carne por ambos lados y lo llevo al horno por 1 hora.
Then I prepared grated garlic, eaten, pepper, ground paprika, salt and oil in a separate container, and we added it to the meat on both sides and I put it in the oven for 1 hour.

Paso 3 / Step 3
Luego de esperar una hora saqué la bandeja del horno y así quedó, listo para emplatar.
After waiting an hour, take the tray out of the oven and it remains like that, ready to plate.
Paso 4 / Step 4
Ahora a comer esta rica tapa de asado acompañada de arroz y una rica ensalada de lechuga, zanahoria, tomate, cebolla morada y cilantro.
Now to eat this delicious roast tapa accompanied by rice and a delicious salad of lettuce, carrot, tomato, red onion and coriander.
