Es grato poder presentarles este plato tan practico para un rico almuerzo o desayuno acompañado en mi caso de una ración pequeña de arroz, pero para un desayuno pudieran acompañarlo de una ensalada o unas arepas asadas, lo bueno del huevo es que puedes combinarlo con otros ingredientes que tengas en casa.
It is a pleasure to present this dish so practical for a delicious lunch or breakfast accompanied in my case by a small portion of rice, but for breakfast you could accompany it with a salad or grilled arepas, the good thing about the egg is that you can combine it with other ingredients that you have at home.
- 3 Huevos
- 1 Papa Grande
- 1 Zanahoria
- 100 g de Cebollín
- 100 g de Perejil
- Aceite Vegetal
- Sal
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Large Potato
- 1 carrot
- 100 g chives
- 100 g of Parsley
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt
Primero lavo con abundante agua las ramas de cebollín, el perejil, la papa, la zanahoria, luego procedo a pelar la papa con la zanahoria, despues empiezo a picar en rodajas la zanahoria, la papa la pico en cuadros y por ultimo pico muy pequeño el cebollín junto con el perejil.
First I wash with plenty of water the chives, parsley, potato, carrot, then I proceed to peel the potato with the carrot, then I begin to chop the carrot into slices, the potato I chop it into squares and finally I chop very small the chives along with the parsley.
Agregas en un recipiente los 3 huevos como sale en la imagen, luego con un batidor los revuelves para luego unir el cebollín, el perejil, la papa, la zanahoria que tenias previamente cortado y terminas aplicando la sal al gusto de tu paladar.
Add in a bowl the 3 eggs as shown in the picture, then with a whisk stir them and then add the scallion, parsley, potato, carrot that you had previously cut and finish by applying salt to taste.
En una sarten bien caliente viertes el aceite comestible para luego agregar la mezcla que previamente tenias con los huevos y los vegetales, tapas a fuego lento esperando que se cocinen.
In a very hot pan pour the edible oil and then add the mixture you previously had with the eggs and vegetables, cover over low heat waiting for them to cook.
Para montar este rico plato colocas al protagonista principal que es el Omelette de Papa y Zanahoria, luego acompañas con una ración pequeña de arroz blanco junto un cremoso aguacate para que le de vista a nuestros ojos, ya nos queda disfrutar de los sabores.
To assemble this rich dish you place the main protagonist which is the Potato and Carrot Omelette, then accompany it with a small portion of white rice along with a creamy avocado to give sight to our eyes, and now we have to enjoy the flavors.
