Today I prepared tuna burgers simple but delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
- One can of tuna fish
- one large cup of mashed potatoes

PREPARATION:
Open the can of tuna and squeeze the oil in which the fish is.
Add the fish to the bowl and then the mashed potatoes.

Cut the lemon and add a little lemon juice.
Then add salt and pepper, mix everything well.
The mixture is ready, it will seem a bit rare. One little trick, before you form the burgers, wet your hands with water and the mixture will not stick to your hands.
When the oil is hot enough, form burgers and fry on both sides to get a nice color.
When they get a nice color on both sides, take them out on a paper napkin, so that the napkin absorbs the excess fat.
