Red Spinach with telapia fish Curry

Hello Hive, How are you all ? Hopefully all are well. Today I just back again with a Bengali recipe. This is Red Spinach with telapia fish Curry. This red spinach is very favorite food to me. usually i fri this spinach but today I decided to make a curry with fish. I know Curry will like my family also. This Red Spinach has many health benefits. Let's talk about the health benefits of Red Spinach.

Health benefits of Red Spinach

Red Spinach help to increase the blood in the body, making it a #naturalmedicine for those suffering from anemia. Moreover, it contains a lot of vitamin C which relieves various eye problems. It prevents hair loss and helps in keeping the kidneys healthy.

Cooking Preparation

Firstly I cleaned up the Red Spinach and washed them properly with water flow on basin. After that I took them in Sieve.

Now I cut the Telapia fish and cleaned it properly.

Necessary Ingredients

  • Red Spinach - 500gm
  • Telapia fish - 500gm
  • Potato - 200 gm
  • Onion leaf's - 4 pieces
  • Chili powder - 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 spoon
  • Salt - on taste
  • Soyabean oil - As needed
  • Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
Cooking process

On the first step I Put a pot on oven and applied some cooking oil on it. Then I give the onion leaf's on it and fried them.

Now I give the Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garlic paste and salt on it. Now I cooked some time.

Now I give the fishes and potatoes on the spices mixture. Then I cooked the fishes five minutes. After that I took the fishes on a bowl.

Now I give the Red Spinach and cooked it with spinach. Then I give some broth on it.

Lastly i give the fishes again and cooked it for fifteen minutes. When the broth dries up we are done cooking. It's time to presentation and eating 😋
