Hello friend's 🤗 Good night from Bangladesh. I am back again with another Bengali Recipe hopefully all friends will like my Recipe. Today I am going to cook Arum Lobe cooked with shrimp 🦐.
Arum Lobe is rich in fiber, iodine, calcium, iron, vitamin C and vitamin B.
It's fiber removes waste from the body. Arum Lobe is a very beneficial food for those who want to lose weight quickly. A lot of calcium strengthens the bone structure and helps in digestion of food. Moreover, it contains a lot of iodine and vitamins that increase brain performance. In fact, its benefits are endless, so I eat it whenever I get a chance. You can also cook the food in Bengali style if you want. So let's start today's recipe.

  • Arum Lobe- 500 gm
  • Shrimp - 100 gm
  • Potato - 200 gm
  • Onion chop - Half cup
  • Chili powder - 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 spoon
  • Salt - on taste
  • Soyabean oil - As needed
  • Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
  • Green chili - on taste

First I washed the Arum lube thoroughly in water and took it out in a sieve.

Now cut the shrimp and cut the potatoes into pieces. I also arranged all the necessary ingredients.

Now add enough soybean oil in a pot and fry onion and shrimp in it.

Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic paste and salt one by one. After that, I grinded the spices with shrimp and fish.

Now I added Potato choops.

Now mix arum lube with all the spices and cook covered for ten minutes.

Now I cooked the curry for another 15 minutes with enough water. When the curry broth became dry, I turned off the stove. Our delicious and nutritious curry is done cooking now its time to serve.
