Cook teuphep shabu shrimp (Aceh)

Today at our place it is very hot, the weather is very hot, these few days our area is indeed hot, hopefully it will rain a few days in the future.
Today I want to cook a dish that is often found in our area and is very common for mothers to serve

Cook Sabu shrimp or what we usually call by the name sabe teuphep, in your area it may have a different name and cooking method.


The ingredients needed to cook teuphep sabu shrimp:

✔️sabu shrimp

✔️4 shallots, 1 garlic, 15 sunti tamarind, 4 cm turmeric, 1 cm ginger, 15 bird's eye chilies, 7 large green chilies,Ginger, pandan leaves, fish oil to taste, half salt Tablespoon, enough water,Curry leaves 1 stem,


Step 1

Blend the ground spices, a crate of chilies and onions, then we cut the green chilies at an angle as desired


Step 2

Heat the oil, then put panda leaves, curry and chopped onions into the hot oil.


Step 2

After a little wilted, put in the spices that have been blended, and stir until mixed with the oil, wait a few minutes until the spices are slightly fragrant.

InputAdd the salt, and stir again


Step 3

Then the seasoning water is dry, add the soapy prawns that have been washed clean


Step 4
Then stir until mixed with the seasoning, then add the green chilies.

Then add a little water to then cook again until the water is dry .
