As an Italian I named two of the most famous dishes of my nation, pizza and pasta. I love pizza and pasta and I love to cook them, but usually I don't it by my own, I brought pasta bags or iced pizza, or I eat them in the restaurant, I usually don't have much time for cook then with my hands, but in these days I'm free from my job so I can finally dedicate myself to cooking homemade stuff.
This is my homade pizza I prepare the dough for it and a different one for the pasta, the tomato sauce and mozzarella and I cited some wurstels so it's perfect for children too, and than I put it in the hoven et voilà the pizza is ready, perfect as a family pizza.
The pasta it's really lovely, I made it with my stepdaughter and we built love ravioli, filled with tomato pieces and cheese, a different kind of ravioli and endely prepared with butter and sage.
We have much fun preparing them, it's a nice activity that you can share with your children.
We enjoyed a lot our pizza and pasta meal but now we are really too full!!
