Crepes with tuna and fish.

I love crepes, especially with chocolate and fruits, usually here in Italy crepes are sweet, but I must admit I love them also salty too.

This kind of crepes that I made make me very proud because I love fish.

And are really easy to make, you can do it very fast and without stress.

For prepare it you just need to cook normal crepes in the pan enough big, and prepare another pan.
In the other pan you must make a kind of cream with fish and tuna.
For the cream you need a creamy cheese like crescenza or robiola or the more common Philadelphia, you mix it with tuna and fishes, cut obviously the tuna in little pieces, about the fish choiche the kind you must prefere.
Mix all the ingredients on the land until they look like a liquid cream but not too liquid.
Than fill the crepes with the cream and close them tight.
And the salty Tuna crepes are ready, super yummi 😘😘😋
