How about a recipe for shitake crab stick mushroom soup? I will share it. You don't need to use a lot of ingredients. Here are the ingredients to make this soup.

  1. 4 shitake mushrooms, cut into small pieces
  2. 4 pieces of crab sticks cut into small pieces
  3. Onion, thinly sliced
  4. Mushroom broth, to taste
  5. Two tablespoons of tyrannical sauce
  6. One tablespoon of soy sauce
  7. One tablespoon cornstarch

How to make?

  1. Sauté the onion until fragrant. I usually use corn oil for sauteing onions. I use this, because it is healthier than other oils.

  2. Once fragrant, add the shitake mushrooms. Previously, the mushrooms were cleaned first. After laying, enter the crab sticks that have been cut into small pieces.

  3. Once fragrant, enter the air about 300 milliliters. For water, use according to taste. You can use more than my recipe

  4. After boiling, add the spices. Such as oyster sauce, soy sauce and mushroom broth. Don't forget to add the cornstarch which has been added to the water. Wait until it boils.

  5. After boiling, this food is ready to eat.
