Processed fruit RUJAK in Indonesia is very diverse. One of them is RUJAK mashed using a unique place.

Fresh fruit for mashed RUJAK is generally hard in texture. The fruit is like mango, guava, yam, kedondong, and young sweet potato. Some people also add rock bananas.
For the seasoning, you usually use shrimp paste, chili, brown sugar, and salt.

For the level of spiciness, buyers can determine according to taste. Later the maker will adjust the amount of chili used, if I ordered a very spicy RUJAK.

Usually this food is liked by mothers who are pregnant , but it turns out that pregnant women are not the only ones who like it, people like me also like it because this food is indeed refreshing.
