Hello foodies !

Today i would like to share the recipe of most delicious breakfast mayonnaise sandwich made by mayonnaise, bread, veggies , cheese and some herbs. This is creamy , crunchy , chesse and delicious recipe.

It is easy to make and can prepare in less time. You can use vaggies to your choice and mayonnaise too. You can roasted it , grilled it or can enjoy it without cooking.

On sunday i made this recipe on the occasion of our 4th marriage anniversary , because my partner love this sandwich and i made by using his recipe. And share this recipe for the #hivetopchef contest.

This time i used veg mayonnaise tandoori and garlic & rosted it on pan.

Ingredients ✅

  • Mayonnaise: 5 big spoon veg garlic mayonnaise,
    2 big spoon tandoori mayonnaise
  • Bread 16-18 slices
  • Onion 1 big
  • Cabbage 1 small
  • Capsicum 1 small
  • Green chilli 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black paper 1/2 tsp
  • Origano 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Sezwan chutney 1 tsp
  • Butter
  • Slice cheese



Process to make mayo sandwich ✅

Step 1 :

Firat take the vaggies and chopped finely. You can use colorful capsicum to make it more colourful and apeeling. I chooped in the choper.

Step 2 :

Now add mayonnaise, herbs and sezwan chutney one by one and mix well.

Spread is ready to make yummy sandwich.

Step 3 :

Now take the bread slices , spread the butter first and than equally spread the mixture which we made with mayonnaise.

Now put slice cheese on it .

Cover it with another Slice of bread.

Step 4 :

Now take a pan, heat the pan and spread some butter on it. Now put the raw sandwich and roast it till cheese melt and bread turns golden brown.

When it roast at one side flip it and roast on the second side.

Cover it with a lid so cheese melt well and always cook on the low flame.

When it roasted properly , place in the plate and cut it.

Your crispy , cheese , Creamy and delicious mayonnaise sandwich is ready to enjoy. Serve it with ketchup or green chutney.
