Together with my daughter, we are making a stuffed Maraş-style meal. Hello, we are cooking her favorite meals with my daughter on holiday. Mixed stuffing is among my daughter's favorite dishes.
He especially loves stuffed peppers. I will share with you a special stuffing recipe for our region. Stuffed food is prepared in many different ways in Anatolia. We Turks call it Dolma, Greeks call it Dolma, Armenians call it Tolma, and Arabs call it Dolma. I think the best indicator of common culture is the food. It's impossible to be culturally different after living together for centuries. Surely, this dish is prepared in your country. The feature of this stuffed stuffing we will make is that it is richly sour, spicy and garlicky.
Yes, first of all, we prepare the stuffing for the stuffing. For internal mortar; *rice *onion (1 piece) *tomatoes (2 pcs) *fresh parsley (half a vineyard) *fresh mint *Garlic (10 grains) tomato paste (1 spoon) .chili paste (1 spoon) *olive oil *spices (red pepper, black pepper, mint, lemon salt, pomegranate syrup, salt)
There is no specific size, however you want, you can put it according to your taste. We also have the phrase "eye decision". But for rice, you only need to put a small handful for each vegetable. 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and a tablespoon of pepper paste will add color and flavor to your meal. First, we wash the rice in plenty of water. Then we cut the onions into cubes. We grate the tomatoes. Finely chop the parsley and mint. Crush or grate the garlic. Then we mix all our ingredients. Don't forget to reserve half of the garlic for the sauce. Let's dissolve four or five lemon salt in very little water and add it to the mixture. Our stuffing is ready.
Now we move on to the process of carving the inside of our vegetables. First we wash the vegetables. Then we hollow them out with a carving. The thinner they are, the tastier they will be. We pay attention to the tearing of vegetables. My husband does the market shopping at our house. He bought a lot of fresh vegetables. Zucchini and eggplants are very thin and delicate. It took some time to carve. It's easy with bell peppers. We cut off the heads and remove the seeds inside. We put the carved vegetables in salted water so that they do not darken. We stuff our stuffing into our vegetables. We leave a little space as the rice will puff up when it is cooked.
We place our vegetables vertically in a wide bowl. We put enough hot water in our pot to reach half the size of the vegetables. Add a little oil and a teaspoon of salt to the pan. 30 at medium fire We cook for a minute. If you want, you can put a small flat plate on top of the stuffing. It will prevent the stuffing from falling apart while boiling.
For the sauce; Fry the garlic in a little oil. Add half a spoonful of pepper paste, fry it well and add a little dried mint. We put our sauce on the stuffing. We cook the stuffing with the sauce for 10-15 minutes. Yes, our stuffing is ready, bon appetit.
I recommend you to eat the stuffed with yoghurt or tzatziki. I hope you make and eat this flavor. Thank you for readng.
Evet öncelikle Dolmanın iç harcını hazırlıyoruz. İç harç için;
*pirinç
*soğan (1adet)
*domates (2 adet)
*taze maydonoz (yarım bağ)
*taze nane
*Sarımsak (10 tane)
dakika pisiriyoruz. İsterseniz ufak düz bir tabağı dolmaların üstüne koyabilirsiniz. Dolmaların kaynarken dağılmasını engelleyecektir.
Sosu icin; sarımsakları biraz yağda kizartıyoruz. yarım kaşık biber salçasını ekleyip iyice kavuruyoruz ve biraz kuru nane ekliyoruz.
Sosumuzu dolmaların üzerine koyuyoruz. Dolmaların sosla 10-15 dakika pisiriyoruz.
Evet dolmalarımız hazır afiyet olsun. Dolmaları yoğurtla yada cacıkla yemenizi tavsiye ederim. Umarım bu lezzeti yapar ve yersiniz.
Okuduğunuz için teşekkür ederim.
